Deb and Harriette are the faces of Hatch Property Management. Focused on delivering both landlords and tenants a positive experience, they know Waikato’s property market and also Hamilton’s best cafes!

Senior Property ManagerA property investor herself, Deb has been involved in property management for more than a decade and enjoys the interaction she has with tenants and landlords on a daily basis. Deb hails from Southland, but has been in the Waikato for the past 20+ years. An avid horse rider, Deb loves spending time with family.

Property ManagerFinding the right home for the right people is a challenge Harriette enjoys and a key reason why she’s passionate about the property market. A mum of two teenage girls, Harriette knows the importance of having a place to call home and the need for some hobbies. She enjoys spending time in the outdoors and fishing.

Tony is a Licensed REAA 2008 Business Broker, Chair of Hatch Student Living and based in Hamilton, and involved in Hatch Property Management since it was founded in 2019.
He is a Chartered Member of Institute of Directors, Waikato Business Awards Judge, Member of Waikato Sunrise Rotary, and past President of Waikato Property Investors Association.

Simon Lockwood is a Chartered Fellow of the IoD, the Waikato Branch Committee chair, a representative on the IoD’s National Council and part of the membership committee. He has worked in insurance for 27 years in both the UK and New Zealand and is Regional Branch Director of Gallagher Insurance. Simon is deputy chair of Enrich+ and Chair of Enrich+ Property Trust. He is a Chair of the Finance and Risk Committee of Habitat for Humanity (Central North Island) Ltd, Deputy Chair of Wintec Student Resident Trust, and presiding member of the Lottery Regional Grants Committee. Simon holds a degree in International Management, Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and MBA from Leicester University. In addition Simon is also an Executive Fellow of the University of Waikato and lectures on the MBA programme.

Michael Crawford has lived in the Waikato for thirty years and has four adult children. He has worked in the dairy industry and for Waikato-Tainui. His diverse governance experience includes the Treasury, Wintec, iwi, horticulture, construction and the environment.
